First Forgiveness & First Holy Communion

Congratulations to Patrick Mellor & Leo Jones who made their First Holy Communion last Sunday, 14th June 2026, at the 11am Mass (photos shared with permission).

Congratulations also to Lucia Lacy, Alfie Wish, Isla Bailey, Maggie Dainty and Ivy Gardner who made their First Holy Communion last Saturday at the 5pm Mass (photos shared with permission).

This Sunday, Logan will receive his First Holy Communion at the 11am Mass. We keep him and his family in our prayers.

We also pray for Lizarae Ordoyo, Calvin & Calix Alfaro, who will be making their First Holy Communion at the 11am Mass on 28th June, and for all the other children from non-Catholic schools being prepared here in the parish, as well as those from St Bernard’s & Our Lady’s schools who will be making their First Forgiveness and First Holy Communion in the weeks and months ahead.

We continue encouraging them to start or continue being active members of our parish community alongside their families, in addition to attending Mass every Sunday and on Holy Days of Obligation, which is a “basic minimum” for us as Catholics.
