Sabesa Visit

Next Saturday, members of the UK branch of the St Bede’s Students’ Association (i.e. alumni from St Bede’s College Ashing-Kom, Cameroon) will visit the parish and have a celebratory Mass and meal to celebrate their patron – St Bede (whose feast day is May 25th). SABESA is made up of folks who went to the above school in Cameroon and are now based in the UK. Some of them are Doctors, Lawyers, Students, Nurses, Teachers, Carers, Military personnel, etc…and one of them happens to be your priest here at Our Lady Star of the Sea & St Bernard, Ellesmere Port!

The Mass will be at 1pm, followed by a celebration in the parish centre. Parishioners are welcome to attend the Mass and/or do afterwards.
